Tammy holds an LCMHC license in New Hampshire and LMHC in Massachusetts. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. During her completion of education, she completed an internship where she ran groups and did individual therapy with children, adolescents and adults. In 2018 Tammy received a certification as a health coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
