I am practicing at Arcadia Group, LLC. I believe that every person has inherent value and deserves to be met with respect, understanding, and care. I work from a person-centered approach, honoring each client’s unique experiences while walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting change. My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I place a strong emphasis on building trust through compassion, empathy, and authenticity, knowing that meaningful change happens best in an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without judgment.
