Working with people who are struggling with a variety of issues is my passion. It is a great privilege to journey with clients through the healing process and for clients to gain relief from pain, sorrow and symptom relief. In this process clients are able to gain coping skills, gain self confidence, heal from addiction and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. My greatest joy is offering hope and healing through the counseling process. Life is always challenging and there are times when we can all use a little help along the way. Counseling is for everybody because everyone can benefit in one way or another. Assisting others with marital issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem, social anxiety and a variety of other issues are all possible for healing
