Would you like to experience freedom from anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts? I am an LMHC who specializes in helping individuals process the root issues that lead to anxiety and depression with a spiritual and psychological focus. I specialize in trauma and grief counseling. My focus with each client is to help you overcome the challenges you have experienced in your life. In our first session together, I will take a brief history of your current issue, and then I will offer you compassionate listening as we get to know each other. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I am passionate about helping clients overcome the issues that hold them back from becoming all that God has created them to be.
