The client/therapist relationship is deep, vulnerable and cherished....what that means for you is someone you can trust to hear you, believe you, and support you as you tackle life’s challenges. Like many of you, I have lived through trauma, anxiety, have 13+ years sober, and have experienced first-hand how doing this work brings relief. I am passionate about sharing the gifts of my training and experience to help others heal.
