I have been a licensed mental health counselor since 1997. I am also a certified school counselor and have very diverse experience in that I have worked in a substance abuse treatment center, the county jail, alternative and regular schools, and private practice. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I also like to focus on living a healthy lifestyle and helping people reach their fitness goals. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Eating Disorders, Trauma and Substance Abuse.
