I currently have open availability through the holidays and the New Year, a time when stress and transitions can feel especially heavy. We all carry stories shaped by both struggle and strength. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, not as something to fix, but as someone to be understood. My role as a therapist is to create a space where you can feel comfortable to show up fully, as your whole self. If you are feeling a little stuck, disconnected, or unsure what’s next, you’re not alone. Together we will work on reconnecting with who you are, and finding a path forward that feels more grounded and aligned.
