I believe every day offers a new beginning. Whenever a client decides to seek support through life's challenges, it is the right time. Therefore, you are "right on time" for making the changes you need for a healthier, more productive life. Do you or a loved one need help to make a decision, move forward in life, or replace negative behaviors with positive ones? I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively with them to identify goals, determine solutions to problems, improve communication skills, enhance coping skills, and promote behavior changes that will lead to an optimally healthy life. My experience of 27 years in education, 10 years in counseling, and 15 years in the ministry has equipped me as a Christian counselor and Professional Counselor to foster hope and empower individuals, couples, and families to take ownership of their lives and relationships. My specialties are relationships, education, females, self-esteem, and anxiety.
