My desire is to work hand in hand with you...whether it requires working through the past, being mindful of the present or preparing for the future so that you can process and develop the life you desire. I have 26 years extensive experience working with those struggling with life's difficulties. Sometimes we have difficulties that require us to seek out experienced assistance in order to navigate these challenges. I specialize in assisting those seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health struggles.
