Tana is a North Dakota native with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary. She works with adults 18 and older, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s goals. Tana is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, end-of-life transitions, and other life stressors.
