Whether you’re navigating traumatic experiences, exploring components of identity, or wading through overwhelming seasons of life in other ways, my goal is to help you sift through it all and provide support to process at your own pace. I'm comfortable navigating many of the other pieces that come with trauma work - mitigating anxiety, challenging intrusive thoughts, and creating spaces that make life feel worth living.
