Hi there, I'm Tanaz! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in California since 2014. I work primarily with young adults navigating the often overwhelming terrain of anxiety, relationships, and major life changes. I’m here to create a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or misunderstood. I draw from strength-based and client-centered approaches, incorporating tools from CBT and adapting to what works best for you. I believe in honest conversation and helping you face what’s hard, while also supporting you every step of the way.
