Welcome! My name is Taneka Taylor (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Professional providing tele-health therapy in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2014, I have worked in various community mental health centers providing compassionate support to individuals who have faced a multitude of diverse life experiences. Whether the struggles my clients are facing are relational, mood, or trauma related, the techniques I use are oriented toward enhancing self-understanding and healing, and to ultimately foster healthier self-soothing coping skills.
