I became clinician to create safe spaces for healing from trauma, life circumstances for growth. I can guide you on a path of self-discovery and self-love that can empower you through many situations. Therapy is a place for you to practice being yourself and expressing your needs, so you are comfortable advocating for your needs and communicating your desires. Life is what you make it and I can help you to start walking into the person you desire to become. I have over 14 years in the mental health field and have experience working with individuals' families and couples with diverse needs. I have help people to regain a sense of self-worth and unlearn negative beliefs about themselves.
