Therapy is a safe space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking with you through the parts of life that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. My therapeutic approach is relational and strengths-based. I integrate person-centered and solution-focused methods to help clients feel empowered and supported. I work collaboratively to help you make sense of your experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational concerns and life stressors. My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel seen and supported.
