I am a bilingual, bicultural Latina therapist experienced in working with diverse communities. I have experience working with children, individuals, couples and groups to address trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. Life is not easy. We have all faced challenges and circumstances that have profound effects on our sense of self. Trauma and pain deny us access to hear our own voice. Unresolved grief, pain, anger, shame, guilt or emotional neglect silence our voices.
