Addiction affects not only the person but also families and communities, making compassionate intervention and guidance essential. I believe in meeting each person where they are. Through individualized addiction therapy, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your challenges and build a path toward recovery that works for you. With 6+ years of experience, I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and offer a person centered therapeutic pathway. I would also like to add that I have lived experience and have worked in the substance use field for many years.
