We live in a society where discussing mental health still comes with a stigma and I am here to make the transition into therapy as smooth as possible. Working in this field, I aim to provide all clients with an environment in which they feel they can be honest, vulnerable, and free to be themselves without judgment. My office is a space for clients to just be human; whether that be discussing the hard times of the day, the joy they’ve experienced since their last session or the traumas that have occurred overtime.
