I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with adults struggling in their relationship and couples who feel stuck in negative patterns. I also have experience with Infertility, Affairs, Depression, Anxiety and ADHD/ADD and couples who have recently separated or divorced. I will work with you to figure out your goals and how to attain them. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well as training in Treating Affairs and Trauma. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. I also trained in Level 1 Brainspotting and am a member of the American Association of Marriage Association.
