I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years experience specializing in anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD and OCD, as well as patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, rumination, codependency and insecure/anxious attachments. I use a combination of EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, Brainspotting, Exposure Response Prevention, Somatic-Informed therapy, CBT and Psychodynamic therapy. I am the author of, "Uncovering Good Girl Conditioning" and I am passionate about helping women to heal their anxiety, trauma and relational wounds and to learn how to set boundaries, assert their needs and feel empowered and confident in their lives.
