Welcome! Glad you are here, I am a licensed professional clinical counselor based out of California. I received my masters from the Chicago school of professional psychology, and I have been practicing for 6 years. My goal is to empower you—whether you’re navigating new transitions and/or or facing personal challenges—to reclaim your story and build a life with purpose. In a culturally responsive space where you feel seen and validated, we’ll work together to create meaningful change. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace. I’ll start by going over confidentiality, informed consent, and the therapy process so you feel comfortable and understand your rights. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your personal history, and the challenges you're facing.
