My ideal client is someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They might be navigating anxiety, depression, unresolved grief, past traumas, or struggling with self-esteem and relationship challenges. Many are adolescents, teens, or young adults who are in a season of transition, questioning their identity, or learning to balance cultural expectations with personal growth. They want to feel understood, to manage their emotions more effectively, to heal from past pain, and to build a stronger sense of self even if they’re unsure how to get there.
