From personal & professional experience, the only way to fix something is to see it. There are many things in life we choose not to see, or we are so distracted/overwhelmed we cannot see them. However painful or ugly they are, they must be explored in order to figure out how we can make life better. I am here, as your mental health partner, to walk this path with you. I received my Master degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University. Over the years, I have had the most blessed opportunity to help my mental health partners find their magnifying glass and choose the tools, already within, to fine tune life’s issues.
