Hello, I'm Dr. Tanika Forestal. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping couples navigate and overcome marital discord. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and a doctorate in pastoral counseling, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. Over the past 20 years in the mental health field, I've dedicated more than 13 years specifically to couples' work, founding the Relationship Rescue Academy along the way. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Gottman Level 2 training and Imago Therapy.
