I’m a social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I’m also the founder of Ease & Wellness Counseling Services. E&W is a non-judgmental and inclusive space where we not only support people living with an addiction, but people whose lives are affected by the addiction of another like a partner or child. I’ve noticed that shame, trauma, and grief are connected to addiction and substance use. You may feel alone, overwhelmed, or worried that you’ll be judged. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. So, I try to make this process as easy as possible! My services are through telehealth. So, we can talk virtually or via phone.
