HI. I am Tanja. I am a down to earth therapist that will help you find your best you. I understand everyone has different ways of managing their stressors and building a more authentic self. I use talk-therapy with evidence approaches including, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Reality/Humanistic Therapy. Occasionally, I have incorporated different techniques from music and art into therapy to assist in alleviating anxiety and depressive thought patterns.
