I know that finding a therapist can feel overwhelming and I hope to help you along that journey. My name is Tannaz and I am deeply passionate about all things mind-body wellness. My practice focuses on working with young adults, health professionals, and couples and my work is centered around improving emotional and relational health. I strive to provide high quality therapeutic services that are holistic and individualized and I specialize in challenges relating to anxiety (i.e. OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety), self-esteem, professional identity development, and dating.
