I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and daily life challenges. In a safe and trusting space, my clients begin to recognize their triggers and how they respond to stressors. Through our work together, they improve their coping and gain control over their thoughts and reactions, ultimately improving their relationships and quality of life. I have over 17 years of experience working with clients impacted by trauma, life changes/stressors, depression, anxiety, anger and various mental health issues. I offer an eclectic approach and help clients understand how past experiences shape their current responses and functioning. Together, we identify choices and ways to move towards positive change.
