Welcome. If you are feeling impacted by trauma, grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficult transitions, you are in the right place. With experience working with children, adolescent, and adult survivors of trauma, I believe it is important to understand the impact trauma has in one’s life. Whether you are a first responder struggling to overcome a critical incident or an individual who is ready to open the door to heal past wounds, I am here to support you through the process. As a licensed therapist with specialized training in treating trauma, I take a tailored approach to each individual’s healing journey. I have received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and I am an Internal Family Systems informed clinician.
