I am passionate about helping people feel at home in their own skin and reclaiming what you feel trauma, depression, anxiety, or the challenges of regular old life might have taken from you. The approaches I use do not require the retelling/re-experiencing of trauma to bring transformation. We will work gently, curiously, and creatively with your unique nervous system, highlighting where you feel joy, pleasure, and strength. In this process your natural inner resilience, compassion and wisdom will become more available to support you through whatever life brings. Clients often describe the process as feeling like magic!
