Seeking counseling services can be intimidating. My goal is to reduce any discomfort by making it a priority to build rapport and creating a comfortable space for you to be able to benefit from services. I feel strongly about empowering clients to take the lead in their sessions, along with my guidance, ensuring a collaborative process. Sometimes that takes time and that is absolutely okay. I thoroughly enjoy working with all age groups 13+. I hold the LGBTQIA community near and dear to my heart. The additional stressors that can arise from identity and acceptance can escalate struggles in one’s life and I work compassionately with that understanding. I also enjoy working with military members and their family.
