If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or just stuck, you're not alone. I work with adolescents and adults who are going through life changes or feeling stuck and asking big questions like—What do I really want? Why do I feel so exhausted all the time? What needs to change so that I can feel better? My clients often appear as if they have it all together on the outside, but inside, they don't feel that great. They overthink things, say yes when they want to say no, and feel pressure to take care of others. All of that takes a toll: tense muscles, stomach discomfort, poor sleep, fatigue, and exhaustion.
