My name is Tanya Farrar Brooks and I am a licensed mental health counselor who began her own therapeutic journey while very much entrenched in an unhealthy relationship. When I began therapy, I could not have known the impact that it would have on my life. Through that process, I was able to find my strength, and my voice.
