I’m so glad you’re here. I believe deep down we all have the wisdom we need—sometimes we just need a safe, compassionate space to reconnect with it. That’s where I come in. My superpower is seeing people for who they truly are beneath all the layers—your heart, your humanity, your story. I’m here to walk beside you as you explore what healing, growth, and authenticity look like for you. I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches—CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and more—but ultimately, my work is guided by connection, curiosity, and care.
