I enjoy working with families and individual adults dealing with conflict, codependency, depression, anxiety, some trauma, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping parents navigate the challenges of raising kids in an ever-changing world. Each of us is faced with unique challenges, but I believe each family and individual, no matter how broken, also embodies the unique strengths that can be used to overcome these challenges. My role is to walk alongside those I work with to help identify these strengths and restore relationships that will help create lasting change.
