Whether you’re facing the challenges of single parenting, experiencing a phase of life transition or adjusting to the unique experiences that come with being 65 and older. I am here to support you. Life changes can bring emotional stress. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward, we will work together to build the tools you need to feel empowered and in control.
