I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling and therapy at some point in their lives simply because no one has had a perfect life and we all struggle sometimes. I applaud your courage in beginning the process of reaching out for support. I want to create a safe space in which you can share thoughts, feelings and behavior without judgment and where together we can explore them and develop strategies to change those that are causing problems and strengthen those that are helpful and working well.
