I provide psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples in New York City. My areas of clinical expertise include anxiety and depression, shame, trauma and sexual abuse, addictions and compulsions and relationship issues. Many of the individuals who come to see me feel "stuck," unable to achieve their goals, form deep relationships or experience their lives as meaningful. We work together collaboratively, exploring thoughts, feelings, memories, dreams and desires to locate solutions. The couples that I see are struggling with communication; I teach them a new way of listening, allowing them to get to the core of their conflicts. View 4 Photos I am trained in a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, and I tailor every treatment plan to the individual, selecting whatever tool I feel will best serve that person. I look to what is being said, or not said, in sessions, as well as at the relationship between the client and myself, to determine how to be of maximum assistance.
