I believe people look for therapy for different reasons, but what matters is that they've made the decision to find it. Sometimes they're going through a life altering event they need support for, or maybe they've just come to the realization that they need change. Other times people have received help in the past, but still find themselves struggling with recurring issues presenting themselves. In some instances people know what they need; however, also very commonly they're just not sure. Both of these things are perfectly okay. As growing individuals you can have goals, but also revisit them throughout your journey. I provide therapy to adults and offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I believe that as individuals everyone has different needs, therefore flexibility in treatment modality is vital to success. Treating from a holistic standpoint takes a person's entire being into account which opens the doors toward wellness.
