As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have the knowledge of fostering mental-behavioral health, wellness and healing. I am knowledgeable of practicing under spiritual based practices. Often times, circumstances occur in life that can make us feel emotionally trapped. The variety of emotions felt are usually a temporary complacency that we are not aware of and are unfamiliar with. I believe that identifying and addressing the inner crisis happening within us, will allow us to no longer tolerate the temporary complacency in life and will allow a chance for personal growth and change for better mental health, wellness and healing.
