I have been licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for 25 years and practicing the healing arts for over 30 years. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology in 1993 from California State University Northridge. I have worked as a therapist in the public sector for 28 years, serving adolescents and adults struggling with moderate to severe mental illness and substance use disorders, providing assessments, diagnoses and short term individual and group therapy.
