Accepting new patients! Congrats on choosing to seek out therapy! It can be a life changing experience. Please read through my profile and website to see if we're a good fit. I have worked with people of all backgrounds but I generally work with LGBT folks and POC, often people who are ENM/poly/Lifestyle. I work with clients on self-esteem, body positivity, anxiety management, trauma symptoms, and relational issues. As a human and a provider, I am feminist, anti-racist, fat positive, sex positive, pro-science, pro-vaccine, and pro-LGBT. I also offer relationship/couples therapy. See my website for more info! Sometimes client's want to focus on present day issues such as anxiety management. In that case, we would focus on psychoeducation, skill building, and some cognitive behavioral therapy. Other times, client's prefer insight oriented therapy with a more relational approach. I tend to focus both on the past and the present because they inform each other.
