Hi I am Tanya Thompson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have eleven years experience counseling people with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma. Over the years, I have seen clients make long-lasting and positive life changes. These changes occur when people delve into the causes of their depression and anxiety. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach we will work together to change the negative thought patterns that accompany depression and anxiety.
