Choosing to start therapy is a big step, and it’s one that takes courage. It’s not always easy to pause and look inward, especially when life gets complicated or the road ahead feels uncertain. But I believe that giving yourself the space to really explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns can open doors to growth and deeper self-understanding. My services are is especially focused on working with retirees and adults, and I’m deeply committed to supporting those in the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I want the space I share with others to feel safe, affirming, and genuinely welcoming—where your whole story matters.
