I strive to help my clients find balance as they struggle with major life transitions, like early adulthood and becoming a parent. If mood swings and negative thoughts start to trigger earlier traumas or anxieties, I will be there to help my clients navigate a path forward to a better future. I work to help my clients heal from the past, organize the present, and grow into the best versions of themselves. I support clients in developing healthier relationships with their families, friends, and most importantly: themselves.
