We all struggle in life, at one point or another. The question is how we navigate through that struggle. This is also why we can all use some guidance. I work collaboratively with clients to help them cope with these struggles, meet new goals and live an authentic, meaningful life. The foundation of that life is built on their self-determined values and strengths. I also challenge my clients to grow, seek out their strengths in all aspects of their life and offer them the emotional support and tools necessary to make deep and lasting positive changes.
