My passion has always been to help people, in multiple capacities. I allow a safe space for people to vent, process and work through a variety of life struggles. I specialize in trauma informed care, strength-based therapy and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I have extensive experience working with foster youth, LGBTQ youth and underprivileged communities. Reaching out for help can be scary, but the road to healing is not far away.
