I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is fundamental to the success of therapy, and that healing is always possible if people are given the support they need. I strive to create a warm and safe environment where you can be honest about all facets of your life; from daily stressors to loss and trauma. I see myself as a witness and a partner on a journey. I work to reflect back what I am seeing so that we can examine together what is and isn't serving you. I believe we all have many parts, and that getting to know and honor all of these parts is fundamental to feeling content in your body and in your life.
