Life doesn't wait for us to resolve each bad experience/trauma in life, they build up over time and leave us feeling hopeless, alone and disconnected from others. Our past traumas, if unresolved, can impact us negatively with how we interact with others. For the 16 years, I have helped individuals from all walks of life overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, traumas, and work/school stressors.
