In this fast paced, overstimulating world, it is all too easy to be completely overwhelmed by life and it's demands. Humans were built for connection and community-that which is not the focus of our individualistic society. If you are feeling disconnected and out of balance- I am here to support your journey to balance, wholeness, and authenticity. Self-discovery and healing is a process. Awareness has many layers to it, much like peeling an onion. I'm here to provide you a calm, non-judgmental, and safe space to explore your inner world, and draw upon your strengths and coping abilities. Sometimes speaking your inner thoughts out loud in a safe space is all you need to heal; other times it takes analyzing your cognitions, and creating a concrete action plan with measurable goals and homework. Together, we will work together to tailor an individualize treatment plan that works best for your needs.
